The second year under Jim Herd has.... resulted in some changes. Ole Anderson gives zero fucks now. 

Instead of a tournament(s) of nothing like 89, now there's the Pat O'Connor tag tournament. A parade of nations for a trophy.... oh and the Black Scorpion.... at least it's the first Starrcade without Ric Flair in the main event right?
